But then after thinking about it I realised I didn t take out a loan at that time . they sent out forms and I haven t filled them in . they ve rang non stop ever since. Received call from this number claiming to be "The Preservation Advisory Service", saying that an article in the Telegraph had highlighted how additional home insulation could reduce air quality and that they offered a free air quality measurement service. When I asked which company he worked for, he said his manager would tell me after I had arranged a visit from them. I pushed for this and he hung up.
I received an automated voice message claiming to be from Amazon Prime, saying that my Amazon Prime account will continue and that a sum of money would be removed from my bank account for this. I do not have an Amazon Prime account and have never had one, so I'm sure that this was a scam call. I'm afraid that I didn't listen to the full message to find out what it was asking me to do.

This is a scam. I asked him if he was trying to scam me and told him I could keep him talking for hours if he wanted and he put the phone down on me.

This company have called my landline a few times and also sent a text message to the landline. They ask for a Mr Collins , who is unknown to me, as I have lived here on my own for 21 years. They quote a case number and ask Mr Collins to call them back.
When ringing it comes back invalid number so I'm guessing call centre.
