This number rang me today exactly a week after this one 07428478737 as I have no idea who the first one is I have now blocked them both. It is very odd that they ring from the same network which is Three a week apart on the same day using the same beginning numbers. If you ring it back it claims not to be taking calls suggesting some sort of scam. I have reported them as nuisance callers.

The caller was an Indian man who knew my name, but refused to tell me his name or which company he is calling on behalf of. He hung up after I told him I will take legal action against unsolicited and junk calls.

I said no again but wouldn't take no for an answer I asked why not using Amazon number it was because it was a security number. Told unless I did as asked, payment would go ahead. Caller offered free insulation and claimed to be a Govenment Advisor she was very coy when I asked if they were a Government Agency though truthfully answered no. This was the second time they have called and I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take me off their marketing list the first time.
