I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. Really bad accent,hard to understand and rude. Hate these calls.

Also called me up to 12 times a day from number 01253271789. As other victims have reported sometimes they put the phone down when you answer, sometimes they ask for you by name and when you answer put the phone down. Why???? what is the point? Finally once when I called them back I got to speak to a supervisor called Stuart who has promised to stop the calls - we ll see......

Woman called to say "We have been informed you were in a road traffic accident which wasn t your fault, can you tell me when this happened?". I said "Who told you this?" She repeated the above? I repeated my question. She said "The RPA" or "The RTA". I asked if this was an official government agency and she said "Yes". I asked which part of government and she said "Yes". This company called me from a local number and pretended they where sat in Swansea! saying that they could review a pension for me to see if they could improve it? All I had to do is fill out personal details on this form and sent it back asap. I dont trust it?
