keep calling mobiles and landlines about an accident, and if I want to sue. Despite repeated requests to delete from database, they keep harasing me.

First they rang home number. We have call screening so not a problem. As soon as called rejected they called my mobile number. Both phones are registered with TPS so shouldn t happen

At best this a company that breaks the PECR regulations by calling people on the TPS list. At worst it s a scam preying on older people because they don t seem to have a website and are asking whether you re over 65. Don t give them any information, just report them to the Information Commissioner s Office. T

a company calling re a holiday resort. Asked to clarify my account details as he may have some good news for me. I said I don t remember having an account with them, he said there must be some mistake, apologised and hung up on me.

Getting a whole spree of unsolicited calls on my business cell phone. Clearly this is another one wantonly interrupting my working day. I am investigating an APP that automatically puts all known numbers to the blocked caller list.

Quando vamos atender a ligação do outro lado ninguém fala nada, tentei ligar várias vezes para este número sem sucesso. I am receiving calls from an insurance company which I have now got them to identify themselves as Castle Cover. I have never had any insurance with them but a few years ago asked for a quote. How long are they allowed to store this information? Will now block this number
