SCAM Rang at 7.20am this morning. Claiming to be from tps. Could hardly understand her, obviously in a call centre. When I questioned WHY she was waking us up at 7.20am she put the phone down.
Mithering constantly and hang up when I answer so I ve had to ring them back to get them to remove me from their list, it ll either work or make it worse for me!!! I m being harassed 4-5 times a day every day by tons of different companies, I m getting sick of them now!!!

So far have had four calls from this number. The first call was asked to answer a few questions for a poll. Told him I did not do surveys and he put the phone down. Second and third calls were male who put the phone down when told I do not do surveys and please do not call again. Fourth call was female. I told her she was the fourth caller in two days, please take me off their list and don t call again. The call was immediately terminated. Am now waiting to see if there are any more calls.

SCAM! Following several silent/scam calls, I normally screen all calls with my answering machine, but decided to pick up this time. Voice at other end said he was calling about a problem with my "Virgin Media broadband". I don't have Virgin Media broadband to told him to piss off! A little late here, granted. We are the actual Road Traffic Solutions Limited. We are a Traffic Management company based in Scunthorpe, operating nationwide. We are NOT in any way associated to the people making these calls. They use our name as a cover. We have reported this to the relevant authorities on a number of occasions. There is, unfortunately, very little they can do.

Barclaycard Fraud prevention. Its an automated line (At least it was for me) Their system will ask you to confirm your name, as well as your date of birth. Then it will list some recent transactions that their system has flagged as possibly fraudulent. All you then need to do is press 1 to confirm the transactions as your own/authorised by you, or 2 to decline. For me i just had to press 1. For others it may be a matter of pressing 2 and then you may actually have to talk to someone. I cant say for sure.

Trying to dial the number gets a message that one should "check the number and try again" because the number is invalid (which I hinted at being possible). This, to me, confirms it is a scammer, attempting to appear a valid UK caller but failing as they are unfamiliar with the rules for UK phone numbers.

Fraud SCAM Called me pretending to be from Amazon saying that someone had ordered an iPhone on my account. They then managed to trigger the Amazon reset password text message and pressured me to give me that code to them, presumably so that they could take control of my Amazon account. Got quite upset when I refused to give them the code
