Don’t know who they are, but suspect this is a scam. Had 4 calls from them, they hang up as soon as answer machine kicks in, then phone straight back, again hanging up when answer machine kicks in.

Caller asked me if I remember the car accident I’d had? Well, unless I’m concussed and / or lost my memory as a result of it … then no, I can’t remember it due to not actually having an accident. An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. I told them they had the wrong number, the caller replied, they had the right number but the wrong person, and continued to insist that I answer the questions. The voice sounded familiar from past nuisance calls apparently being from Dave a guy with an Asian accent.
