Dead giveaway when she said she was calling from the Microsoft Windows centre (or something that sounded similar). Heard from them before. Waste of time, scam and bogus.

Buy a CPR callblocker - stops them dead and they can't call again. It has a big red button for blocking calls and you can programme in over 1000 numbers.

Guy called Sam from Electronic Safety Team doing a survey about my TV and Washing Machine. Told him I don t do surveys and he hung up.

Obtained my details inc address following a small car accident. Gave me some story about the other guy putting in a claim for whiplash and said I could also claim. I told them ( after a fair few discussions) that I simply had no claim to make whatsoever. When I was put through to a "Senior Claims Manager" I told him the same. Some Indian bloke called saying i was owed 4 thousand pounds in PPI, then a minute later he said it was 2 thousand pounds. I asked why had the amount had dropped down, to which he claimed he never said 4 thousand. The clearly tell so many lies and talk so much rubbish, they can never remember what they do say. He wanted details and when I didn t comply, he got verbally abusive. It all adds up to a complete and total farce.
