We are a small charity and the person dealing with HR not in & I explained I wasn't willing to pass details on unless they told me what their company actually wanted/did still just mumbled his own name & insisted he'd ring back. This number relates to an investment scam called GFA capital. They get you to deposit a small amount of money ($275) and they claim they invest it in crypto and produce huge results. In 5 days my $275 grew to $75000. WOW Then one of their senior investment managers calls you and shows you a bitcoin opportunity, invest $18000 and they will produce a $10000 return in 5 days. BULLSHIT. I requested a withdrawal from my pot and was told that I had to pay £12000 tax to release the funds. Dangerous scam

Indian female, claiming to be from O2. I hung up without saying anything. Been getting calls every day from this supposed Bournemouth number. These scammers have obviously obtained a batch of similar numbers, as yesterday it was from 01202080470. These calls have been coming in coincidental to me using for the first time, a free photo printing service called 'FreePrints' where you pay just for the postage. I could be wrong, but it is highly suspicious, as I never usually get spam calls.

Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.

This was from a rude and abusive man with very poor English who claimed he was from carphone warehouse and when I said I wasn't interested he said he was also a police officer and was going to find out where I lived and beat me up, he was screaming abuse at me. This was entirely unprovoked as I am a very polite pensioner who never shouts and swears, I would recommend everyone to do as I have done and block this number.
