Once money is sent to the scammers, they will either disappear immediately or try to get more money with claims of continued problems with the transfer.

Dead giveaway when she said she was calling from the Microsoft Windows centre (or something that sounded similar). Heard from them before. Waste of time, scam and bogus.

Call continuously :/ I say hello and nothing. Let the silence hang and 5+ seconds later they hang up. Very annoying.

This was not a spam call, it was someone wishing me a happy birthday.

I phoned them back and asked to be taken off the list...they hung up. I called back and again repeated my request..just got a curt thank you...at least it was thank you. So rude...

Buy a CPR callblocker - stops them dead and they can't call again. It has a big red button for blocking calls and you can programme in over 1000 numbers.

Caller said he was from Herefordshire Council doing a survey about health and well being during Covid, Told him to call back and put phone down.

Not sure which company this is, but they appear to be in Belfast. Always an Asian voice, gets very abusive if you ask them not to call back.

Fake number so definitely a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Block the number on your phone...

I had letters and calls from Taurus which I stupidly ignored. I was taken to Court and at the hearing a hearing a gentleman advised me to discuss debt issues. He said Taurus Debt Recovery have a lot of account holders on benefits and they have a friendly and supportive team. I would encourage anyone with debts with them to talk to Taurus. If you don t contact them they will issue court claims and or issue bankruptcy.
