DO NOT ANSWER - it is another ASIAN SCAM; they want personal details, bank card, Sky a/c and DD details, all under the guise of a survey. Very dangerous

I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest

Text message (scam) claiming to be BPO (a real debt collection agency used by BT) on behalf of BT. Needs you to urgently text a number for a call back.

This number called my landline on the 10th of December at 11.18 I answered and said "This number no longer receives incoming calls" as I have had calls before from this number and know it is a scam. The number called again and the 11th December 11.31, 12th December 9.53 14th December 16.40 and again 15th December 15.33 again I answered with the message I had said before. getting fed up with it now.

These mugs keep phoning and hanging up! i answered because I like to wind them up, the guy on the other end of the phone, called me by my 7 year old sons name saying I have outstanding PPI claim!!!! not impressed and asked to speak to a manager Tom came on the line (voice sounded the same) and proceeded to get my surname wrong!! fucking waste of time money and effort

Can I just say that I have had a call from this number, and you all think it is due to having a quote / taking out insurance. I have never been on the website nor taken out insurance from more than so I don t think it is the actual company - don t end up cancelling insurance with them because of that.

Called from this number -- long pause before a woman (don t think it was automated because there was background noise) said something about Motor Satisfaction Surveys Opt Out that I d apparently contacted them about (which I haven t) and told me to ring some number which she read out so fast I couldn t catch it. A guy called Shaun said he was calling about a virus that was being used to illegally download porn in China and Japan, he got rather highrate when i told him that i had an Apple Mac and not a windows comouter. i also got through to their police department which sounded like the same guy standing a little bit further away from the phone. Hoax call I presume phone rang today at 9.31am answered said hello call immediately disconnected. Attempted to call back a few times but the line always engaged.

Once again at 18.45 this evening Dec 11/2014 another unwanted call from this Company. When you ring back to complain its not a recognised number. Another call and I will report to ICO.

How do we stop this unjustified, annoying, harrasing type of call? They should be punished punitively and the money paid to those who receive their nuisance calls.
