Last night I received a call from this number and a man asked to speak to my husband. When I asked what it was about he said he was from Chase Alexander. I asked for more details and he hung up This morning he phoned again and again said he was from Chase Alexander and wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked him what he was calling about he said it was in regard to an accident. I informed him my husband had not had an accident could he be more specific. Just received a call from this number from a very rude and aggressive woman who launched straight into her prepared speech regarding replacement windows. I told her I was registered with the TPS and should not be receiving these type of calls and to remove me from their database, she talked over me aggressively saying this was a marketing call not a sales call and that the TPS didn t cover it. I hadn t read comments until I told a friend of mine i had been for a hearing test around 5 month ago, and he advised me to read them. To my amazement its the same company i had dealt with. I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered. Had two calls from this number. They hung up when I asked them to prove who they were in response to being asked for my security details. Spoke to Orange and demanded to have the calls stopped or as a loyal customer I will leave Orange. Lots of excuses but they accepted in end. I will leave if it happens again!
