Unusual, they didnt put phone down as soon as I mentioned call prefernce sevrice, no junk calls and going to report the number.... quite a determined one. Obviously I hadnt requested this and I guess they aint from BTOpenreach!!

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.
Just another scam artist...left to ring out they left no message...must have been an automated call.

They're a bunch of ne'er do well ambulance chasing morons that when you ask where they got your number from, as they were calling my business number, they panic and hang up the phone.
