This number called my 93-year old mother-in-law at about 07:45 hrs. She told them that she couldn’t hear them. They called her back a couple of times, and tried to get her to do something on her iPad. She said she’d have to get her son-in-law to call them as she didn’t understand them. They haven’t called again since. Incident reported to local police as a vulnerable person is being targeted. This number has now been reported to BT security who have blocked it nationwide.
Scam. Said they were Matthew calling about the government scheme loft insulation we recently had installed. We haven't had such insulation. Have received about 5 calls in 2 weeks.

had call from this number. no message left. no idea who it is or how got number, as not listed.
Called me claiming to be from Sky, informing me that malicious individuals are trying to hack my router. I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. I gave them an earful about preying on vulnerable people, but it will have had zero effect; I just hope I cost them more money in call charges than they were expecting.
Typical situation. Just one of many numbers calling me that I don t recognise and won t answer so thought I d see if anyone else had already had a call as well.

Having received several calls on my works phone no. I finally decided to answer one. Sarah from ??? Pension Helpline (didn t catch the actual name), wanting to tell me about the pension freedom changes that came into force from April 2015. She soon lost interest when I told her that I d been in my current employer s pension scheme for 36+ years & I didn t have any other pension funds I could access. I m guessing she was wanting to help free up any pension pots for an extortionate fee!!
Automat & scam eventually.. ongoing caller won't stop and their server needs some _dos_.
