Telling I had reported trouble with my computer, I asked which one and they said my laptop. Told them I did not have a laptop, they then hung up.

Just had this number call my Direct Dial at work. The person left a name as if I knew her! Not the case.

It is my BB provider and they ask me 2 charaters out of the security question I set up with them and my surname for data protection before discussing my account. I must say the person I spoke to was friendly and actually gave me a discount on my current deal, did not try n sell me more stuff which was good.

A person,possibly female ,called me this evening at approximately 8.30 pm .It was a muffled and giggling voice who then hung up,having wasted my time and energy!

This number called - I picked up the phone but did not speak. After 5 seconds the call was ended. I searched for the number and found reference to it on funnumber.in which has been mentioned against other numbers on this site. I suspect the call was spoofing the number and would have been one of the standard microsoft/openreach scams if I had spoken to one of their operators.

I had placed an ad on gumtree selling a pram . Having received several calls on my works phone no. I finally decided to answer one. Sarah from ??? Pension Helpline (didn t catch the actual name), wanting to tell me about the pension freedom changes that came into force from April 2015. She soon lost interest when I told her that I d been in my current employer s pension scheme for 36+ years & I didn t have any other pension funds I could access. I m guessing she was wanting to help free up any pension pots for an extortionate fee!!
