Called my elderly grandad just now (isn?t the first time). He couldn?t understand him so passed the phone to me. An Indian man calling from ?Remote Security? and enquiring about a ?computer or laptop in your house? I told him we didn?t have either and he carried on trying to talk, so I repeated that we didn?t have either and to not call again and he hung up. Expecting a call again tomorrow as that?s what happened last time I told them not to call

A scam they say you have hearing problems. As you worked in a factory etc. they know ur name and when u say no I don t have hearing problems. They just hang up. Think they want ppl to claim so they can make money. It s funny as blocked numbers for this. Then next thing they have another number to call me on. Don t think every get rid of them.

So careful with all personal information yet a direct debit for ?2.99 to Total Care & Support was set up and showed on latest statement. My bank said the company was Intouch Investments and gave me the telephone number, that is how I have found this website. Bank refunding money, but I would like to know how this has been able to take place. First call. I can t find them on companies house. Was a survey about a recent RTA then they can close my claim down. He was adiment it wasn t a nuisance call. I asked him who my insurer was. He couldn t answer funny how he was calling on behalf of them. Terminated the call and is now on my block list.
