They are not from talk talk its just a scam,i've had 9 calls this week.have just got another call so i have put the phone by the radio they do'nt like,classic fm.

A message was left in what sounded Chinese/Asian. Perhaps just a mistake.

This number called today, requesting personal information, Dodgy number, report it to bt.

Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Said it was HMRC. Threatened legal action. Wording used - something like "face the consequences" shows it up as a scam. Also a recorded mechanical voice.
