Rehan listened, was patient and understanding, she provided relevant feedback with clear a explanation and was so courteous and professional! Automated call. Came up as from London. Recorded message claiming to be from HMRC saying a legal document has been returned to sender & court proceedings with be initiated & to press for more details. I hung up.
Called office wanting to talk to our IT-manager. Was vague and did not introduce herself. After asking, she informed me she was calling from Dell, but gave no further comment. Since we are an Apple-only business and she was vague, my spider senses tells me to block this caller.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFOMATION THIS IS A KNOWN SCAM! This is a scam, I had them call me on different numbers 5 times in the last 2 days claiming there from several different companies. There trying to scam you out of money and DO NOT belong to any of these companies there claim to be. There try and get you to give them your bank details, once you do there will steal money from your account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFOMATION!
