Got a call from this number, the person added me on skype asking to place an ad on gumtree for them. Very pushy and harassing, went through with it as far as I could just for fun. Based on previous comments, highly likely to be a telemarketer or scam. Attempting to call back gives a warning about it being a non-UK number with increased call costs.

Usual rubbish about having a car accident, won t tell company name. Don t bother answering. Added to blocked numbers

A young woman informed me that i had been involved in a car accident and was this correct? I informed her i had not been in a car accident and that i was registered with the Telephone Preference Service and asked her to take my details off any Call lists and i bid her goodbye and promptly put the phone down.

Had the very same thing on this number 016188182004. Indian accent from a call centre, passed on to "manager". Told them them I knew what they were up to and that they were ringing from India. Don t give them any information and put the phone down.

I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. He tried to convince me using various methods including running the eventvwr (the errors listed there are not related to viruses!) This is identical to the well known Windows Technical Helpdesk scam. Spoke to "Dave" and to "John" who had so strong Indian accents, I think, and the background chatter in what was obviously a call centre that it was very hard to understand them. Both assured me that they were not selling anything but asked lots of personal questions. Couldn t answer any of my questions other than they got my name and address from UK publically available database.

Someone called me from this number at 0800 this morning (didn t hear it, I was in bed). Assume it is a scam call, I know no-one in Camarthen; I also live in Switzerland.

Have has several calls from this number, on answering no reply always silent. On call back call always rejected.
