These have called me 4 times today and as is said above it is PPI

Potentially a scam.

Has called several times. First time did not answer when I picked up so further calls ignored. When rung recorded message says they are a telephone advertising company.

Constantly being called by this number, and as soon as I answer they hang up.

Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.

This person rings me up at any time of the day and gives me a mouthful of verbal abuse then hangs up , anyone who is reading this should ring them up (withold your number) abuse them and say how does that feel now. Caller: ?

PPI call trying to send a claim pack. Won't listen to a word you say and will just keep calling back until you block them

I am ex-directory, but I just had a phone call from UK Law. My advice is, if they ring you, dial 141 followed by their number, 01512219676, and make sure you have heavy metal music on full volume with your music speakers by the mouthpiece of your phone. It worked for me.

Some guy called "David" says he s phoning from the tax office with a rebate of ?3250, that the courier is waiting to deliver it to you once you confirm you can take delivery. Told him I thought he was a scammer, tax rebates do not come in this way!! And told where I thought he could go and place his head. Total scammers - beware!
