A scam they say you have hearing problems. As you worked in a factory etc. they know ur name and when u say no I don t have hearing problems. They just hang up. Think they want ppl to claim so they can make money. It s funny as blocked numbers for this. Then next thing they have another number to call me on. Don t think every get rid of them.

Hi , just got a phone call from this number please avoid , i was going to give them my card details although i donot prefer to give it by phone , he said he does not need the 3 digit numbers , just £ 2.78 to cover the post charges !! Called my elderly grandad just now (isn?t the first time). He couldn?t understand him so passed the phone to me. An Indian man calling from ?Remote Security? and enquiring about a ?computer or laptop in your house? I told him we didn?t have either and he carried on trying to talk, so I repeated that we didn?t have either and to not call again and he hung up. Expecting a call again tomorrow as that?s what happened last time I told them not to call

Said he was from windows HQ and my computer was about to crash. He told me to press windows key and the "r" key and follow instructions. If I did not accept the help he was offering Windows would not be responsible for the damage done to my computer.
