Information 07355 118732 sent me a text message. HSBC: Direct Debit successfully set up to EE for 183GBP, if this was NOT YOU call us on 01313785729. I don`t bank with HSBC, but anyway, tried to call the number given. This just rings for a couple of minutes then get a message saying the mailbox is full. Therefore, both the mobile and landline numbers given are SPAM.

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. SCAM: received a text message, allegedly from my daughter, at 00.54 in the morning which was 'hello mum, this is my new number. My old phone no longer works. Can you send this number a message on Whatsapp? 07706376356.' So I did. I then checked with my daughter, who confirmed that she has not changed her phone number. I have phoned the number twice since; does not pick up but does go through to an anonymous voicemail.

The number was in an email which said it was from a friend (who I've not been in contact with for years) , asking for "help", but it was very much like another email I had just received from someone else saying he was a friend but that was spam. The number above was not one I recognised and when called simply asked callers to leave a message.
When teh caller was challenged it was responded to by a possible African accented woman stating "I am your mother bitch!". The caller attempted to call again some minutes later. The call was not answered.

Received call from unknown number. Sounded like someone driving. He could really hear me. Decided it was a miss-dial, as there was no call back.
SCAM Call from an automated voice saying they were from 'Bank Security' or some such nonsense, listing a couple of suspicious payments supposedly made from my bank account. I was directed to press a key to talk to someone but I hung up.
They rang my mobile but rang off just before I managed to answer. I called them back but I got a message "This number not recognised". So I guess it is a scam call using a spooked number.
