called asking about a crash I had & any injuries, I advised them that my head fell off my shoulders during the accident & they hung up. a bit rude I thought. at least laugh !!!!

It was a computer generated message pertaining to be from Ofcom advising our Internet will be disconnected due to hacking like behaviour, we should contact BT to discuss. Neither our phone nor Internet is provided through BT!

Keep getting nuisance calls from this number. I keep telling them that I m not interested and to take my number off their list, but all to no avail. How do I report this company and stop the calls ?

I was called from this number approx. 5,00pm this evening, and answered to a recorded female message advising me that my Amazon Prime account had expired, and that a charge of £95 would be made to automatically renew it. As I do not have a Prime account, I did not listen any further to the message, which I suspect was going to advise me to press a digit on my phone, to speak to an adviser, from where details of my Bank Account would be required!! I hung up halfway through the message.

SCAM. Got an automated message claiming to be from HMRC and said that I have a tax fraud case against me and if I don't press 1 to talk to the taxman, I will get arrested. Sounds like a scam to me.

25 Nov 2021 - Not an 02 or 03 number so are the scammers changing tactics. Couldn’t understand a word chap was saying so put phone down. After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. SCAM Claimed to be a company called AST or Aftercare Support Team. Pretended to be a white goods insurer and offered reduced rate for reinsuring washing machine as policy was due to expire. We don't have insurance on our washing machine, so this was clearly a lie. They did specifically state our house name though, so have clearly collected some specific data about us before calling.
