Recorded message telling me there was an investigation on my national insurance number, suspected of being involved with fraud or something. Pressed 1 to be connected to an operator (might as well waste their time) but as soon as it connected they hung up on me. Phone scammers not wanting to take a phone call? Called me and said they are from HMRC contacting me regarding tax fraud and tax evasion I have committed and said that if I wont listen to what they have to tell me, arrest order will be issued within the next hour. They call you and ask you to chose an option via an automated audio. This will likely re-route your call to a premium number that they own. It is not a legitimate caller so do not answer it.
