Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. Phoning persistently over the past few days from different numbers. Some kind of survey scam, but they hang up as soon as you deviate from script. If they call, don t give away any personal info: don t even confirm your name. Instead, try to politely find out their company name and address. Then send details to offcom / TPS / your MP etc (perhaps with a similar level of persistence?), until someone does something. It s just an idea. Good luck!
