There is a very strange person... man or woman I’m not sure. They are parading on the dating site Plenty of Fish as a man called Joel, aged 59 (whilst the pictures are clearly of a younger man) who is meant to have a graduate degree and be an engineer working in London. Scam. Said they were Matthew calling about the government scheme loft insulation we recently had installed. We haven't had such insulation. Have received about 5 calls in 2 weeks.
Was called at 4.15pm on Sunday and a message was left that consisted of a full 5 minutes exactly of white noise.
Calls at 04:39 in the morning and then hangs up, probably trying to lure me to return the call.
