Apart from anything else, a lack of respect for the law in this one respect suggests they may be less than law abiding in others (e.g. building regulations!). Reports on other "nuisance call" sites confirm this firm is best avoided.

This Asian prat, after asking me my name said in a thick Paki accent. "I have not rung to tell you anything" So I said in that case **** Off and put the phone down. But I was right; this cretin is from Londonistan where 4 out of five residents are from foreign descent. I know of no one in London so why ring me if it s not to try and con money out of me. Called me but i didnt answer. Called back and the automated message said i was called today from RK Legal regarding my car crash (never had one) Pressed 9 to not be called back but assuming they were trying to sell me stuff (Im on the TPS so totes illegal!)

Asian guy rang and half way through the conversation he started to actually abuse me using the F word. And that was because I was being slightly awkward (due to the nature of the call). Nevertheless, I m sure it doesn t give him the right to start swearing down the phone. Told him he needed to be professional and brush up on his manners and he hung up (after swearing again).

Addressed me by full name also. Local country code and evening call, but sounded like a big call centre in background. Asked about industrial hearing injuries.

rang once,told them not interested, then rang back straight away i did not answer, then they phoned again my partner answered said i had just left accused her of lying and laughed rudely repeating you re lying, she gave them a few choice words back and hung up.

Called me, as I m a new customer. Don t know what else they were trying to sell me, but asked them only to contact me via post in future...
