Also on YELL.com the phone number appears to belong to Your Claim Lawyers 120 Bark St, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 2AX.

Believe it to be a scam as they did not identify me or give appropriate details about my account before they went into their 'rant'. This is not the first time they have called (2 other have been received around same time each day (9:15am to 9:30am) so some automated call scheduler is involved.

Then I realised after having put the phone down that there is no way to check that I was actually speaking to a member of staff of the NHS. Too late! Called our business, man with Indian/Asian accent asked for the business owner by name. Possible telemarketing (possibly scam) as it took a minute to connect to the call once I answered, definite call centre in the background. He wouldn't tell me which company he was calling from.
Ringing me trying to tell me my name was Charlotte and i was involved in a crash, i can make a claim. I m a bloke and i haven t had a crash in years.
