Received an automated call telling me that this is a message from the HMRC. They are investigating me for tax fraud apparently and if I didn't press '1' a warrant will be issued for my arrest immediately. Disgusting and very dangerous, but nice of them to let me know.

Then I realised after having put the phone down that there is no way to check that I was actually speaking to a member of staff of the NHS. Too late! This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. This is a scam - they claim to be HMRC (although he pronounced it HRMC!) and are asking for student tax to be paid. I told them that I am 16 and not working and therefore not eligible for tax. He - an Indian sub continent accented person - insisted I have to pay it until I informed him that I actually work for HMRC and this is a scam. He admitted it was and rang off. NOTE: I don't work for HMRC and I am not 16. BEWARE!!!!

SPAM Indian lady saying she call from Amazon Prime and telling me that someone placed and order for a subscription with a value of £79.99 and she can cancel the order if I give her the features of the device I use to access my Amazon account. As soon I asked her for a proof of this call, she hang up.
Person from this phone called me and asked if he was speaking with person X (using my name), Hi said YES, and the fucker hanged up! Must be a way to confirm identities and then target you with phishing, SPAM, etc.
