SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. If unknown don't answer. It's a legitimate number but foreign companies are spoofing their number and pretending to be them. Just spoke to the lady now.
