Locksmith in Rhyl. My phone rang, I didn't recognise the number but answered it because it was local. They picked my lock to ley me in after I lost my keys and called me back just to see if everything was okay.
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PHONE NUMBER. It is a supposed guy who hooked me up in a popular dating site (Happn) and he is trying to make me "invest" money in a fake Medtronic site: medtronic-vip.site. Please report this to the police ASAP, this is real, I have all the chats in my phone and I am available for questions from the police too. I did not fall in the trap, but other people are at risk! SCAM - Pretending to be Microsoft and they download Anydesk on your PC, run some commands and show you the "threats" on your PC. They then run something that shows banking details and they direct you to go to your online banking so they can assist in fixing your security with your banking. (I am in IT and an elderly customer got tricked by this).
Answered the phone and nobody was on the other end then just hung up, have since blocked.

03726945413 Claiming to be from SKY asking if We’d shared our router information with anyone else (as we use NOW TV which is part of SKY I listened) and then they asked me how many lights were flashing on my router ( there was one light flashing and this made me suspicious so I hung up). It may be nothing but better to be safe.

Claiming to call from O2 offering 30% off my bill for the next year, told them I was leaving O2 anyway and she hung up on me! Indian/Asian accent.
This number called me at 16h33 on Tuesday 11th April 2023. Man with heavy Indian accent claimed to be from Microsoft. Said I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service so he shouldn't call me. Hung up, but he rang again and asked why I'd hung up. I said I'd already explained why, and hung up. He phoned a third time, and in a stroppy tone asked why I'd hung up. So I hung up AGAIN. For a fourth time, he phoned again. Didn't answer, and blocked his number. Obvious nuisance.

SCAM Called on my mobile @ 20.00hrs. A Northampton dial code. Caller when questioned was from "the Philipines" looking to see if I qualify for "home insulation" funding. When asked how my phone number was accessed the caller hung up. Had this not been a recognised dial code I would not have answered the call. number now blocked. Also appears on missed calls list from yesterday @ 12.58hrs.
