Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. automated call claiming from hmrc asking to press number 1 to connect to case officer, i disconnected at that point and blocked number. if HMRC want me they know my name and address and can send me a letter.

Someone ring to query our house insulation. Guess these sort of cold calls will be on the increase now due to Governments new scheme starting soon.

They always hang up as answering machine connects the call. Did look at their offers recently so must have given my phone number to check coverage.

Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.

Got called at the beginning of a lecture, didn t know the number and quickly declined before looking it up. Seems O2 isn t 100% scammer-free, but it s a whole lot better than Vodafone.

This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company.
