I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Said they were SKY, and knew i was ViP customer trying to offer a better deal. I went along with it as far as first and last name, once they asked for my address i said you are Sky you should know this already so I hung up. If it is genuine then i dont think they went about it the right way. If they are not, then i am happy i hung up.

Called me a c**t when i asked to speak to someone and get removed from their database. Another one for your blocked caller list

The polite man with a Middlesbrough accent said my name was on the database and that it was possible that I was due money back from finance or credit in the past 10 years. Knowing that I have never had any insurance or anything connected to loans etc, I knew he was just fishing - so suggested this and he put the phone down. How he got my number is a mystery
