Ring several times a day before 9 a.m. and until 9 p.m. Has gone on for months. I am at my wits end. We have telephone preference. Makes no difference. Sometimes no one is there. Sometimes want to ask a few questions and argue. Not easy to cut them off. Very distressing.

Just got ANOTHER call from 01412020404. (Boiler replacement scheme) Followed instructions to speak to someone there to ask them to remove my name from their list, as I am registered with the Telephone Preference scheme. called and left a voicemail for my mum (she owns the 3uk contract account for my phone)and asked her to call them back on the same number. seems a bit suspicious to me though because they have never called before even when we were behind on a payment, other people said all they hear is silence which wouldnt happen for official 3uk customer advisors calling people and the woman was barely understandable - she was obviously an indian call centre person

They ring up every week asking if you?ve updated your gas and electric meters to smart meters.
