I first asked him to confirm my IP address (dynamically allocated) and he gave me something he made up - that didn't have all 4 sets of numbers. Sky have been asked about this and aware of these scammers.

When I asked who was calling, without giving my name, a lady said "good afternoon, how are you today?" I asked again who was calling. the lady said " your father" and hung up. It rang me multiple times within minutes but then just hangs up. when you call the number back the IVR crackles and it only gives you 2 options to speak to someone of to press 9 to remove your number from their call lists. I choose the 2nd option and then minutes later they rang me again.
