when answered they used my name, but I asked what the call was about and they hung up. I rang them and asked what they wanted and was told that it was nothing to do with them.
Missed call, returned call... told that I definitely had not received a missed call, as she was the only one home who could have possibly called me, and she hadn't. Also, very rude.

Telling I had reported trouble with my computer, I asked which one and they said my laptop. Told them I did not have a laptop, they then hung up.
This is Talk Talk number. They keep calling my house I would suspect in relation to a mobile contract I have recently cancelled as I didn t even ask for it! I dialled to see who it was so can confirm its Talk Talk. I don t answer if I am home and they never leave a message if I m not.
