Called twice today. Answered 2nd call - "Mike (Punjabi) Smith", from 'BT'. Foreign person using my IP address for illegal purposes - would need to disconnect my internet for 5 days. Told me to hit CTRL+R and Windows key and enter something. This is the 2nd time I have received a call from this number in the last 2 days telling me I have ordered something form Amazon...a phone for over £300 which I haven't. It is automated & even though I blocked then yesterday they seemed to have got through again today. No one speaks, just an automated message! Definitely think it's a scam!
Answered the phone, there was a lot of back ground noise like in an office, said hello a couple of times no*one responded, then was cut off.

Got called today by a female with a Scouse voice stating that she was form "Fresh Contacts" and asking if I am been in an accident. Funnily enough (and the truth, but may use this excuse even so if it changes for me) I don t drive, so I told her this and then she proceeded to ask if I had been a passenger in an accident or if I had been on public transport. None of this was true, these are scam calls, she mentioned that my details were on the "National Accident Database", which may I add- does not exist. Bl

Answered call and it just dropped silently after a few seconds - clearly a broken autodialer for some kind of telemarketer or similar. Google Caller ID said location was Bamburgh and I don't know anyone from there.
