Apparently, my Internet connection is unsecure and they are calling to tell me they will disconnect in 4hrs. When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. Churchill Car Insurance - Customer Service response using 60253 Short Text number, is charged by all U.K. Providers - Churchill don’t advise that this is the case. Very wrong in my opinion they need to change immediately it’s upsetting a lot of their customers.

Scam call from HMRC. Caller message is in an American accent and when you call back its an offshore rather than UK dial tone and they answer as HMRC - clearly a scam of some sort and not a very convincing one. Caller blocked but beware!!!

This company looks fraud emailing me almost everyday for the amount that I don t owe to Spark energy. I phoned Spark energy and they said they don t know this company. I blocked their number. They wanted to know my date of birth which I refused to provide.
Had a call from this number on my Moby, I answered it and asked who they were. Fella said he was from a company that was enquiring if I had a Funeral Plan in place. Cold calling from companies that trawl the internet looking for innocent people like me who have inadvertently entered into legitimate competitions online and think that because I have entered my Moby Number to the competition company, that they can ring me. I blocked this number straightaway on my Moby.

Strange - got a call from this number which I answered. It was silent at first then after a few seconds I could hear background noise then it cut off. Called back from a separate withheld number and just get a message that says Thank you. Press 1 to remove your number then hangs up, so none the wiser as to who it is or why they called.

SCAM Claim to be a utility company and can get you a cheaper deal. Beware the loophole in law that you can be tied to bad deal verbally without signature for energy contracts!
