Had dealings with RTA a few years ago and they were totally useless and not to be trusted. Had a call yesterday from this number and they are now calling themselves something like Business Associates, claiming they had a buyer waiting to buy my business and could they call back with details. Got a call from 0161 975 1500 but they hung up before I could answer. I have already reported them to Trading Standards to no avail. Recommend you waste there time but trust them with nothing!

This has just happened to me! Told them i am going to call the police and they hung up!

Rang saying they were from Microsoft (they have rung several times before) asked if I was before the computer said no getting repaired(fib) back next week Asked how muck will it cost to repair said £2 I have had this done before a year ago they said £10 then asked for my details and tried to take out £835 DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS EG SORT CODES ACCOUNT NUMBERS PASS WORDS DATE OF BIRTH GIVE A FALSE Just string them along for a day or two and then ask them to "catchSpiders" GOOD LUCK

This number rang and started to go through the usual.. could I talk to the householder... at this point I asked them to take the number off their list as I live in sheltered accommodation. They said sorry and yes they would - GOT ANOTHER CALL TODAY... AAAGGGHHH

We had one of these calls. Found their number - 0161 488 3888. Gave them a call and gave them a piece of my mind! Told them to remove my number immediately which they said they would. We will see!

Too long a pause to wait for an answer. After I received this call my virus protector warned me that my computer was connected to an unsafe wi-fi link. It definitely had been OK before. I don t know if there was any connection between these things but I would check your wi-fi after receiving it to be on the safe side

Rang on Saturday morning. I did not answer. Looking up this number it appears to be a faked caller ID so is suspicious.

Called them back, sounded like a call centre but nobody spoke. They then hung up (Twice) Phone says the code is Gairloch in Scotland.

They phoned me at the person was Lisa Parker they said it was a finance matter and they were CFI and the company they wanted to talk about was Mountjoy Ltd
