Called from 01245 407320 Unsolicited call from these cowboys today ( 25 Oct 2014). Despite my number being on the TPS, they asked for me by name. My wife wouldn t put the call thru to me until they confirmed what they wanted to ask me about. The caller refused to confirm this, so wifey hung up on them. Had numerous calls from this and a similar number (01132989890) claiming to be from British Gas - chasing payment for someone else s outstanding Invoices. We ve told them several times that they have the wrong number, but they keep calling. I have been in contact with British Gas (both Home and Business)customer services and they confirmed this is NOT a British Gas number.
Running a 1 ring callback scam. Not sure if I was auto-charged for the <1min call, called "cramming". Thankfully Android lets you filter calls so wont happen again - also 070 and 076... put that crap OS to work!

Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.
