I have told them I am in dispute with the company which has employed them but they keep calling and saying they want to talk to me. I wrote to them and told them that I do not accept calls as everything must be in writing. They do not stop despite the industry rules.

Rang at 6.30pm - I didn t recognise number so let ansafone take it - they didn t leave a message. I checked on this site to see who they were, so when the same number rang again at 7.20pm I answered (to wind them up!). This organisation is constantly calling touting for car accident claims and promising being able to claim several thousands of pounds in injury awards. This is inspite of having explained on many occasions that I received no injury. Their sole aim is to encourage people to make fraudulent claims and they in turn pocket fat fees. Such actions only increase motor insurance costs across the country. They should be legally charged with attempted fraud and punished if found guilty.

Definitely a criminal enterprise. Rang me telling me I should claim the money set aside for me after a crash that they somehow knew I had been in. Very cleverly the got personal details from me including my address, date of birth and national insurance number. They pretend to put you through to a solicitor whilst keeping you on hold for a while... Very well thought out criminal enterprise.. After a couple of days they confirm that you can have the money.. And arrange for a "special courier" for legal docume
