Same woman called last month from a different number (029 218 2591) asking the exact same thing for the previous month's billing. This is a genuine number from santander fraud team. I was suspicious of the number so I rang it and explained I felt it was a scam and the advisor told me to ring the number on the back of my card which I did. And the fraud team confirmed that the text message was genuine and was from santander.
I don't know who it was, and because I don't know de number, I didn't answer it! Blocked it anyway
