I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! Foreign sounding pre-recorded message about a substantial VISA debitcard transaction. Obvious scam - messages from banks, etc do not usually start "Dear Customer". Use of an apparently local number is clearly an attempt to give it some credibility.

They're pretending to be iD Mobile but they're not, god knows how they're finding what mobile service we're with to try and make the text message look genuine. SCAM Call from an automated voice saying they were from 'Bank Security' or some such nonsense, listing a couple of suspicious payments supposedly made from my bank account. I was directed to press a key to talk to someone but I hung up.

Called me in Portugal saying I had shown interest in their Swiss finance company. I asked where they got my number they said I had given it to them. I said I had not and they got cross with me saying where did they get the number from then?

SCAM Missed a call from this number, tried to call it back and an American voice says 'this number is not in service. Please check the number and try again' so whoever it is, is obviously using a spoof service to attempt to scam people. If they wasn't trying to scam people, then they would have a legit phone number!

Spoof number. It doesn’t actually exist, so you can’t call them back. Just Indian call centre committing fraud. Do not answer. Block the number.

I think this is a scam call pretending to be 02. They send you a code via text and then ask for the code to be able to access your account online. The security says to no give the code to 02 staff, soo if they are real why are they asking for the code to apply supposed discount!!!

This is a cold calling number being rerouted from India. They claim to offer a brand new mobile phone contract to iPhone users for £35/month, and they asked me how long I had my iPhone for (I don't have one). So I asked them where they got my number from. They claim to have my number on a database because I am a loyal customer. I asked them a loyal customer of what? My mobile service provider, they replied. Who is my mobile service provider, I asked. At which point they hung up. Block this number.

Text message from this number claiming to be my child in a dire situation involving a smashed phone, lack of money etc. No name given and clearly a fake message. Did not provide my bank details.
