SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. Missed call on our landline from this number. Nobody we know calls our landline any more! Called it back and nothing happens. Have been getting many calls on the landline on numbers (01995 xxx xxx) identified as scammers so I suspect these are linked
Call came from a software company called Soft Care, help with website design and build.

Asian woman said her name was Carol (as if) told me I lived at a house I moved from in 2015. Asked who I had life insurance with and started arguing with me when I told her that's none of her business. She kept repeating aviva, bupa, sunlife is your life insurance with those. I kept saying its nothing to do with you. Then she hung up.
