Claimed that my internet was going to be disconnected, and to press 1 to talk to my ISP. I pressed '1' for fun and when answered I said that I thought it was a scam and wondered why I was being called. The person on the other end of the line swore at me for about 10 seconds and then hung up on me. All great fun.

How would they know I have been in contact with someone with that variant? Expect it is a scam and if I clicked on the link who knows what the result might be. Female called saying she was calling about an accident I had reported. I said I hadn t reported an accident and asked where she got the information from. She said she wasn t at liberty to say, then rudely went off on one, ending with it was my fault for not opting out, before slamming the phone down. Opting out of what..? Have blocked caller.
Keep calling my elderly father. Say they're from BT and threatening to cut off his connection. When I phone them back they don't answer but it's a Sky voicemail.
