I got calls from these people a couple of year back. Answered the call, gave them my details, ended up with £160 in my pocket (£250-£90 fee) They do charge a percentage but what can you expect. The do what the say and seem to go all out to win. They even contacted the financial ombudsman on my behalf concerning other issues I have. The fee is a little steep though.

Apparently an authorised T-mobile 'agent'. Trying to get me to renew my contract with them.

They ring several times a day, if you answer then its just muffled background noise and then dead air.... very very annoying.

Very rude when I queried why citizen Advice is using mobile number.

I have been bombarded with calls from this number for over a month now. A company calls me almost every day from India introducing themselves as PPI Reclaim. Depending on what I m doing at the time, I either just hang up, tell them I never had PPI, or ask them to stop calling. Since they kept calling, I decided to go through with what they were after (without giving away personal info) and they passed my name onto 3 PPI reclaim companies based in the UK. Nuisance caller. When told that we are not interested and don t want them to call again the response from Nicole was "tell the decision maker to ring me to tell me that. We can t accept that instruction from anyone else". When advised that the decision maker has no intention of speaking to them, they "threaten" to call again in 2 weeks time if they haven t heard from us. They don t accept that anyone has a right not to take their call.

This number rung me and was silent, so I hung up and blocked the number.
