These mugs keep phoning and hanging up! i answered because I like to wind them up, the guy on the other end of the phone, called me by my 7 year old sons name saying I have outstanding PPI claim!!!! not impressed and asked to speak to a manager Tom came on the line (voice sounded the same) and proceeded to get my surname wrong!! fucking waste of time money and effort

He was not from a telephone company - he should be ashamed of himself how does he (and the rest of the Indian callers) sleep at night. While I was unavailable this number called. Not at first recognising it, I was about to return the call out of courtesy. Then I checked, and realised it was the p.p.i. criminals yet again. Can I just say that I have had a call from this number, and you all think it is due to having a quote / taking out insurance. I have never been on the website nor taken out insurance from more than so I don t think it is the actual company - don t end up cancelling insurance with them because of that.
