This number calls my mobile at least twice daily every day which is extremely irritating; however I never answer and they never leave a voicemail.... I think if it was a genuine call they would leave a message.

this is a computer dialling numbers randomly. if no call centre staff are available to take the call it hangs up the call. ofcom should ban these calls.

Oh dear I m not the only one. had £79.99 taken from my account today. I am unemployed at the moment and the promise of a £20.00 fuel voucher for answering a survey was very attractive. What can be done? has anyone managed to get their money back?

It was a dead call. It rang, I answered. Several seconds of silence later and the call dropped. Another site has a claim that it is a debt management company. I could not tell. Ringing and hanging up to encourage a call back seems to be on the rise. I would say that there is no reason to trust it.

Called twice today, First call I cancelled. 2nd I answered said they were fron British Gas/Scottish Gas. When they asked which company I was with I asked why they needed that information they said they were doing research. I told them i gave no private or personal information to cold callers. A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help.
