These people call me at least 6 times a day. (They have been doing so for about 3 weeks). They are looking for someone I ve never heard of and I ve had this phone number for 14 years. I have called back repeatedly and told them and they have "promised" to take me of their "DIALLER" but they continue to call. No messages are left when I let the answer phone pick up the calls. I am at my wits end!

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Another one of those Car Accident Claim Crap! I love the way they ask their questions in a leading manner. I.E. "You were involved in a car accident, is that rright". Seriously!!!!
