Had dealings with RTA a few years ago and they were totally useless and not to be trusted. Had a call yesterday from this number and they are now calling themselves something like Business Associates, claiming they had a buyer waiting to buy my business and could they call back with details. Got a call from 0161 975 1500 but they hung up before I could answer. I have already reported them to Trading Standards to no avail. Recommend you waste there time but trust them with nothing!

Received a call, foreign voice said ringing about accident I d had. They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. THIS IS WHEN ANNA (LIKELY TO BE A FALSE NAME) BECAME REALLY RUDE. THEY ARE A DISGRACE.
