Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. This organisation is constantly calling touting for car accident claims and promising being able to claim several thousands of pounds in injury awards. This is inspite of having explained on many occasions that I received no injury. Their sole aim is to encourage people to make fraudulent claims and they in turn pocket fat fees. Such actions only increase motor insurance costs across the country. They should be legally charged with attempted fraud and punished if found guilty.

Called from a noisy call centre. Introduced themselves from black pearl claims. Company registered in leeds kept them on the line the wanted to know my address DOB and if i had any loans.
